In the advertised position, you will ensure the strategic further development of the project management of DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH based on customer and market requirements and the company goals in Team I.TVG You implement the business objectives of DB E&C GmbH through the active design of the principles of project management and are a reliable partner for OE FD.TVG (Regions, Central and Customers). You monitor the application of processes C-02 as well as tools / work tools for project management within DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH and, if necessary, implement countercontrol measures The content management of the project risk and monitoring procedures is your responsibility You will evaluate key figures of projects, develop strategic approaches for effective project management, ensure the application of project management standards, accompany project tasks in Germany and abroad, or support project teams in critical project situations Innovative and new technologies (KI, RPA etc.) with reference to project management you identify, evaluate them and implement the implementation after their release The critical view and iterative improvement of existing work tools, tools, systems, processes and rules regarding the use of new technologies, with the aim of making project management more efficient, is another part of your task

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a successfully completed technical/university study as a computer scientist:in, civil engineer:in or industrial engineer:in or a comparable qualification acquired by appropriate professional experience in the relevant field of work You have several years of professional experience as well as relevant knowledge in project management of infrastructure projects, preferably rail-bound infrastructure, and also over several years of professional experience in projects of construction monitoring and/or construction management. Experiences in processes and projects of DB AG and DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH are advantageous You have knowledge of the following IT systems: MS Sharepoint, E&C-intern: Project Center (2016, migrated), Project Management Tool (PMT), Salesforce, Power BI and MS365 applications; AI identifiers are desirable A very good communication capability, result and goal orientation as well as high enforcement capability and credibility are yours You bring the curiosity to get to know the company from the headquarters view and actively introduce yourself Finally, you have good English language skills and are ready to travel day by day, in Germany and also internationally
