Service Owner Identity & Access Management (m/f/d)

Own and leading overall responsibility for the operation, development and lifecycle management of IAM services Self-control and optimization of IAM platforms including user and authorization management Technical and technical responsibility for the introduction and operation of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution as an integral part of the IAM portfolio Ensuring secure, efficient and audit-compliant access management for all user groups Independent definition, implementation and monitoring of IAM standards, guidelines and processes in close coordination with IT security and disciplines Independent integration of IAM services into the existing IT and operational IT landscape and coordination with other IT services Proactive analysis of risks and vulnerabilities in the area of identity and access management and independent introduction of appropriate measures Support for internal and external audits by creating documentation and evidence Leading cooperation with departments, IT security, compliance and external service providers to continuously improve IAM services Personally responsible training and consulting of users and stakeholders on IAM topics

Completed studies (informatics, business informatics) or comparable technical training with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in Identity & Access Management, ideally with knowledge in Privileged Access Management (PAM) Experience in the introduction and operation of IAM and PAM solutions is advantageous Knowledge of IAM technologies and standards (e.g. Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Role and Permission Management) Understanding IT security principles such as Least Privilege, Zero Trust and Compliance requirements Experience in the independent management of IT services and in the service Owner or Service Manager environment Impressed analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach Excellent communication and team skills as well as experience in collaboration with different stakeholders Flowing German and good English skills
