Your duties Development and development of exposure setups for exposure of holographic optical elements in the laboratory
Development of measurement technology and analysis tools and development of documentation for customers or internal departments
Technical project processing in cooperation with international partners
Further development of experimental concepts for the realization of holographic optical elements
Identification of errors in optical systems, implementation of corrective measures and further development of existing systems

Successfully completed studies in physics, optics / technical optics or comparable studies
Multiannual professional experience as a laboratory engineer in the field of micro optics and holography

First experience in handling optics in the clean room as well as software knowledge in Python
High level of self-motivation, sense of responsibility and hands on mentality combined with a structured and careful working
Experiences in interdisciplinary cooperation as well as pronounced social skills, in particular team skills and intercultural sensitivity
Good communication skills in German and English (in word and writing) and willingness for occasional national and international missions
