Educational requirements:

completed/s Education/Studium Education/Andragogik, Psychology, History, Politics or a comparable degree.

Working tasks:

• Development and testing of event formats for political, political and cultural and social education, which are linked to local needs and living environments in East Thuringia
• systematic development of cooperations and networks with parishes, church circles, deacons, associations and civil society initiatives in the region
• sustainable strengthening of the political adult education infrastructure in East Thuringia by training local actors and structural anchoring of the developed formats

The body has a size of 50 per cent (19.5 hours per week) of the employment of a comparable full-time employee and is limited until 31.12.2029.
