We are looking for you for HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions GmbH, in Herne in an indefinite order, now as Your tasks Take responsibility: guide complex life cycle projects in operation and ensure smooth running Be the contact person: You are the central contact person for the customer and responsible for the holistic building management Building long-term relationships on: Ensure long-term, successful cooperation with our customers based on the PPP contract Plan and manage: Create and manage test and maintenance plans to efficiently and sustainably shape operation Care for maintenance and renewal: implement a long-term repair and renewal planning and monitor its execution Calculations and offers: Create calculations and offers for control and additional services Experience: Use your project experience in designing and calculating life cycle projects Lead the team: Override staff management, deployment planning and leadership of the team on site Ensure reliability: Override as part of the position call readiness.
