Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You take on the professional and sales training of our agency owners: both inside and their employees in the composites. You plan, organize and moderate training in presence and online formats and ensure professional pre- and post-processing. You actively shape webinars, practical references and modern learning formats and continuously develop learning programs in the field of self-controlled learning. You are introducing new impulses to further education, in particular through modern methods as well as digital and AI-based tools. You understand yourself as a motivator:in and motivator:in our agencies for the successful speech and advice of their customers. You identify practical challenges at an early stage, actively shape changes and successfully accompany development processes. You plan and organize your training and travel independently.

You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you also have a further training on the insurance specialist:in and a trainer:internal qualification. You have a well-founded knowledge of the composites and have already gained experience in the field of external services or in the field of training and training. You have practical sales experience and can communicate content in a practical and credible way. A structured, self-responsive and reliable way of working with high concentration and flexibility is what distinguishes you. You have a strong communication and organizational strength as well as a safe, sovereign appearance in dealing with people. The ability to moderate complex topics professionally and to inspire groups you bring.
