Branch Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in Bad Hersfeld, we are looking for a branch manager (m/w/d)

Through a well-founded and professional integration, we make you fit and lead you to the business model of the HSR. You are responsible for organizing your branch and managing your team. Your branch consists of a workshop with warehouses and several connected service cars, and you are responsible for the employee management and their deployment planning as well as the commercial handling. You will also show your sales skills by entering our existing customers and purchasing new customers.

You have a completed technical and/or commercial training as well as ideal sales experience. A further training on the technician/master (m/w/d) and an additional commercial qualification are advantageous. You have already gained first leadership experience in technical trade, technical service, maintenance and logistics. Solid basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is desirable. Customer-oriented thinking, diligence, flexibility and team spirit characterize you.
