Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Ensuring and further developing quality standards in production Ensuring product quality throughout the life cycle (development, industrialization, series) Conduct and documentation of tests (production, final control) Product and process releases incl. Initial sample tests (FAI) and evidence of conformity Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001, EN 9100, AQAP) Implementation and monitoring of QM methods (FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis) Analysis and processing of quality deviations (original analysis, corrective measures) Support for internal and external audits (e.g. customers, certifications) Creation and maintenance of quality documentation (e.g. test plans, test reports, complaints) Cooperation with production, development and suppliers on sustainable quality improvement Participation in continuous improvement processes

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Successfully completed technical training or completed technical studies (FH/University) Ideally additional qualification in quality management (e.g. QM specialist, quality manager) Multiannual professional experience in quality management in production and/or development environments Experience in the defence sector or in regulated industries Knowledge of relevant management system standards and defense-specific requirements (especially AQAP) Practical experience in handling measuring and testing equipment and common testing methods Safe use of established quality methods (e.g. 8D report, Ishikawa chart, 5-Why analysis, FMEA) Routinizes in handling MS Office and ideally experience with ERP, CAQ and/or MES systems Structured, analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation with a pronounced own initiative High communication and team skills as well as experience in cooperation with customers and authorities (e.g. Bundeswehr, test organisations) Leadership competence or first experience in the management of teams in the quality environment German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Very good German and good English skills
