The core of your work is the operation and accompaniment of the train rides on the Thüringer Bergbahn as well as the operation of electric cars on the Lichtenhain-Cursdorf flat track, including the necessary preparatory and final work As a customer supporter: you are committed to the satisfaction of the passengers and inform about the history and technology of the Thüringer Bergbahn You ensure the coordination and monitoring of operations on the steep and flat sections The guarantee of order, safety and cleanliness in the vehicles of the cable car and the flat track as well as the facilities of the cable car is one of your tasks as well as the execution of the necessary care and cleaning work In addition, you are responsible for punctuality and security as well as assistance in accidents and irregularities The execution of traveler counts and the management of the revenues of ticket and souvenir sales complete your area of responsibility

Your profile:
