Process Manager (m/f/d)

Our client is part of an internationally active industrial group and specializes in the development and production of special technical materials for diverse industrial applications. Innovative solutions with high production depth are realized at the German production site with a medium-sized structure. The company combines the stability and professionalism of a global corporate environment with short decision-making and operational proximity. The focus is on continuous optimization of processes, high quality standards and close cooperation with international units within the group.

As part of the further development of the site, we are looking for an experienced personality in the field of Operational Excellence / Process Improvement.

Systematic analysis and sustainable optimization of existing production processes Improving efficiency indicators (especially OEE) and ensuring stable processes Identification and elimination of waste along the entire value chain Development and implementation of methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC and TPM Building and further development of preventive maintenance strategies Initiation and control of site-wide improvement projects Active presence on the shopfloor – implementation instead of concept work

Complete engineering studies (e.g. process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, physics, etc.) Multiannual experience in optimizing fully continuous production processes and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC and/or TPM Knowledge of data-based process analysis and statistical methods Embossed shopfloor orientation and pragmatic operation High level of implementation and self-initiative
