You operate and independently align CNC-controlled milling machines, both 3- and 5-axis machining centres (DMG, POS). You develop individual milling strategies for complex 3D components according to drawing and 3D data. You program independently with Heidenhain control. You have experience in CAM. (Cimatron would be advantageous) You process small and medium series of high-quality materials (e.g. titanium, inconel, aluminum). You carry out independent quality controls and accurately measure manufactured parts.

Complete training for cutting mechanics or comparable qualification in milling technology. Experience with Heidenhain controls and single parts production. A high sense of quality and responsibility, enthusiasm for metalworking and a reliable, communicative way.
