Hotel Perkeo is located directly in the pedestrian area of the main street, surrounded by cosy cafés, restaurants and boutiques. The Hotel am Schloss offers spectacular views of the Old Town and the world-famous Heidelberg Castle, just steps from the cable car. As charming, family-run houses with 24 rooms each, we place special emphasis on personal service and a warm atmosphere. We are looking for a receptionist (m/w/d). You welcome our guests with a smile and create a welcoming atmosphere that makes their stay special. You are the first contact person of our guests – from arrival to departure: check-in, check-out and occupancy optimization are your daily tasks. You answer your phone, written and personal requests for bookings, excursions and local attractions. You support administrative activities such as billing, working time recording, online reputation management and quality checks. If necessary, you will also help in the breakfast service to allow our guests the perfect start to the day. You show flexibility in changing working hours, including weekend, day and night shifts.

First experiences in the hotel industry or the passion to gain a foothold in this area. Joy in a varied area of tasks and a dynamic environment. Communication strength in German and English – further foreign languages are a plus. An open-minded and helpful personality who likes to work on the team. Ideally a completed vocational training as a hotel expert or experience at the reception – motivated cross-comers are also welcome. The desire to make our guests an unforgettable stay and the willingness to incorporate you into new systems.
