Competence and Suitability Assessment, Anamnese technical and learning methodical support of participants in the form of individual or group work first contact for the client Networking Documentation of the course of participants, performance and behaviour assessments active implementation of quality management Participation in the acquisition of jobs for professional testing Administrative activities (work with our management program MSSV)

a completed vocational training or a completed, relevant (special) university degree Training examination AEVO Experience in vocational preparation intercultural educational skills independent and independent operation Methodological and didactic knowledge and experience communication capability, analytical and problem-solving capability, organisational capacity, resilience, good knowledge of popular MS Office tools in case of adjustment – template extended guidance certificate
