Our housing and care offer is an offer for people with disabilities who cannot live alone or not yet. We attach great importance to a family-like character. The goal of our support is the broad self-employment of our clients. In the Kleinstwohnheim Borkenberg, a multi-family house in the north of Oberursels, the inhabitants live in 3 living groups á 4 persons (single rooms). Each unit has a private bathroom and a kitchen. In the attic there is a large living room with sitting area and TV. Washing machines and dryers are accommodated in the basement for common use. On the large courtyard behind the house is grilled, celebrated or played together. Regular meeting point is a table football player. The house is centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The Oberurseler Stadtwald begins almost behind the house. Metro and city buses have stops in the immediate vicinity of the house. Supermarkets, pharmacy and hairdressers are also within walking distance. The support and the support oriented towards individual needs takes place daily following the work or the day-structuring measures of the residents. This is the framework in which new skills and autonomy are learned and practised, but also existing skills are preserved and strengthened. In addition to the necessary activities such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, which each share a residential community, there are regularly diverse offers for joint leisure activities. On the weekend, employees are also in the house during the day. Regular night services and early services are not required.
