You minimize standstills, eliminate small disturbances independently or inform our technical staff in order to keep production running. You make sure that only first-class products run from the band. To do this, you carry out process controls, document the results and pay strict attention to our high quality standards. You are proactive in our continuous improvement to optimize our processes. You always ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety requirements. If necessary, you also support other production areas.

You have completed vocational training as a baker (m/w/d), confectioner (m/w/d), specialist for food technology (m/w/d) or comparable training. You already have professional experience, ideally in industrial food processing. Your technical understanding and quick understanding will help you move safely to our facilities. You work independently, are reliable and like to pack proactively. As a real team player, you support your colleagues and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
