You take the organizational studies, the design and implementation of optimized (IT) processes and organizational structures. You will create designs for innovative solutions for our clients: within the framework of digital transformation (e.g. decision automation, e-acts, portal solutions). As (Senior) Manager (w/m/d) Consulting Public Sector - Organisational Project, you have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or another comparable degree program. Other courses of study are also possible with this professional experience. You bring at least seven years of professional experience into the relevant tasks. Ideally, you have experiences and a resilient project history in public administration or a public company, like social security. You bring project management and leadership experience in the consultation. Your experience with agile projects as well as classic approaches complete your qualifications.
