Responsibility, Control and Controlling Service and specialist supervision for around 70 employees Human resources management, planning and development Support for pedagogical staff in particularly difficult and complex cases Representation of the institution in the public (including individual cases) Ensuring the implementation of the performance agreement and its updating General organisation of the service Design of communication structures conceptual development Planning and implementation of a training concept Representation of the institution in the working groups according to § 78 SGB VIII

State recognition as a social teacher:social pedagogue or social worker:in or completed university studies (Bachelor) of childhood education or education with a focus on social education or completed university studies (Bachelor) in adjacent social studies with experience in youth assistance high leadership competence and proof of successful leadership experience many years of professional experience in work with children and adolescents, practical experiences in home are advantageous knowledge in youth aid law as well as in child development psychology / binding theory very good German knowledge, comparable to level C2 of the European reference framework (GER) Organisational and coordination skills strong sense of responsibility as well as safe and binding occurrence Ability to self-reflection and enforcement high stress tolerance and special readiness Diversity competence Willingness to continue and participate in management coaching
