Projektingenieur/Physiker/Materialscientist (m/w/d)*. Own-responsible new and further development of powder metallurgy-produced rare earth permanent magnet and magneto-caloric alloys as well as the associated manufacturing and processing processes Planning, management and coordination of internal and publicly funded research and development projects including appointment, resource and earnings responsibility Development, evaluation and optimization of material and process concepts taking into account technical, economic and qualitative requirements Transfer of research results and new developments to the industrial scale as well as support for implementation in existing production processes Analysis and interpretation of scientific and technical experimental results and derivation of appropriate development measures Creation of technical reports, project documentation, scientific publications and presentations Presentation and discussion of research results at specialist conferences, scientific conferences as well as to customers and sponsors Technical advice and support for internal departments as well as external partners, customers and research institutions Working with the identification of vulnerable developments and the maintenance and strategic expansion of the patent portfolio
