You take over the technical control and guidance of the external shared service partner in the field of creditor accounting and contribute significantly to the stabilization of the outsourced processes and to ensuring the professional quality. Analyzing and clarifying complex accounting issues and acting as a central contact person for critical topics. In addition, you are responsible for the processing and escalation of demanding questions (e.g. payment deviations, double payments or blocked invoices). You perform quality assurances of bookings in the SAP R/3 (FI) and ensure a sustainable process quality. The control and channeling of supplier messages is also part of your task. In addition, monitor relevant SLAs as well as open topics and initiate appropriate measures if necessary. You carry out root-cause analyses and create a structured risk and transparency reporting for the finance management.

You have a degree in business management, finance/accounting or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in creditor accounting, ideally in a senior function. You have well-founded knowledge of HGB accounting. You bring deep experience in handling SAP R/3 (FI). Ideally, you have already gained experience in managing shared service centers. We require knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are characterized by a pronounced analytical and structured way of working and keep an overview even in complex situations. You will also be able to convince by the strength of enforcement as well as a high escalation and decision-making competence.
