Lead Product Manager EMEA (w/m/x) | Fissler GmbH

Responsible for the regional product portfolio and the entire product lifecycle in EMEA - including assortment strategy, channel control and further development of the product channel matrix. Bring market, competition and consumer requirements into global product development and develop new product ideas and innovations for the EMEA range. Analyze sales, market and consumer data and identify trends as well as optimization potentials. Work closely with central interfaces such as project management, development, marketing and sales and act as EMEA contact partners for market and consumer know-how. Plane budgets, define price channels and evaluate margin and revenue developments to derive measures.

You have a completed Business Studies (BWL, Product Management, Marketing) or a comparable qualification You bring many years of experience in product management of durable consumer goods - ideally in the premium segment You bring demonstrable successes to identify consumer needs and translate them into successful product and marketing measures You have strong capabilities in assortment / portfolio management You are analytic, conceptually strong and work routined with different business areas together You draw your attention through high motivation, communication strength, intercultural competence and presentation security You are resilient, enforceable and working proactively Learning German and English round your profile
