Team Leader Internal Services (m/f/d)

You conduct, coordinate and develop your team professionally and personally. You control and monitor all workflows in the team and compliance with legal and internal requirements. You are responsible for budget planning, economic resources, time and cost control, and prepare investment decisions. You coordinate and monitor all service and service topics (post services, archive/literature, fleet, event security) as well as all external service providers. You actively work on process optimization, QM measures, projects and special tasks and ensure proper documentation.

You have a degree/master degree in a relevant field, such as business management, logistics management or economic engineering. You have several years of professional experience in the field, especially in the management of staff. You have well-founded and ready-to-use knowledge in PostG, EmoG and comparable rules. You're sure to deal with data technology and PC standard software like MS Office. Ideally, you have SAP knowledge and master other specialist software. Leadership, organisational and enforcement skills, a high sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking characterize you.
