IT Specialist Output Management (m/f/d)

To further develop our digital customer communication, we are currently introducing a new output management system based on M/TEXT. For this we are looking for a technology-affine person who actively shapes our document and communication processes. The position is suitable for experienced specialists as well as for motivated IT talents who want to work into the issue of output management. These are your tasks: Working with technical and conceptual subprojects to introduce our output management system (M/TEXT) Analysis of existing document and output processes and development of new concepts for optimising our communication processes Creation and further development of document templates and forms together with the departments Support in the development and integration of interfaces to resystems Error analysis and troubleshooting in operating system operation Implementation of technical tests and quality assurance measures Working in the user and authorization management Support in the release and patch management of our output management systems

Successfully completed IT training or studies in computer science Ideally first experience in the administration of an output management system, ideally M/TEXT Understanding document processes (creation, sorting, bundling, shipping) Knowledge of XML, Java Scripting and PowerShell Programming Extensive readiness and high motivation to work on new technologies and topics Very good German knowledge and good English skills
