You will work with interdisciplinary project teams by supporting professionally in projects of building maintenance In addition, you will be able to work on the selection and execution of freelance services. They are responsible for the control and quality and performance testing of externally commissioned engineering offices and exporting companies with a focus on building maintenance You are responsible for the planning performance or partial planning performance according to HOAI, and you are responsible for the feasibility studies In your function you are responsible for the award, control and billing of construction services They work with appointment, budget and cost planning They promote cross-border cooperation in various projects

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Civil Engineering with the focus on civil engineering or in a comparable degree course or They have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technician/to the state-tested technicians in the field of construction technology or comparable, and subsequently have at least six years of relevant professional experience in an activity of engineering cuts (e.g. by certificates of work). Further requirements: Professional experience after completed studies and additional qualifications and specializations are of advantage. They have knowledge of relevant relevant legal provisions (e.g. HOAI, VOB, etc.) as well as corresponding real estate and business implementation Negotiating skills, safe occurrence and presentation skills complete your profile You can think cost-conscious, holistic and conceptual They have a high level of cooperation and communication skills as well as a strong team capability You have the ability and willingness to guide a Service-Kfz They provide reliable knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing).

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.000,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
