In order to strengthen/support our team, we are looking for a dedicated EHS Lead Specialist (m/w/d) at Renningen Plant, which is driving the further development of environmental, health, safety and safety standards at our Renningen site. Your tasks: Ensure compliance with all EHS laws, regulations and company standards Implementation and further development of the local EHS strategy in coordination with the leadership team and regional and national EHS functions Expert advice on EHS-relevant decisions and participation in local leadership meetings Planning, prioritization and monitoring of the EHS budget Implementation of risk analyses, site visits and assessment of hazards Investigation of accidents, incidents and near events and deriving effective corrective measures Creating EHS reports, key figures and presentations Organisation and implementation of EHS trainings, safety instructions and emergency exercises Cooperation with internal interfaces, in particular Process Safety, to meet all safety-relevant requirements Support for audits and coordination of measures to improve the EHS management system
Your profile: Complete study in the field of EHS, occupational safety, environmental management, engineering, chemistry or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the EHS environment, ideally in the industrial or production environment Knowledge of German Work Protection and Environmental Law Analytical and solution-oriented working methods – also in complex topics High autonomy, communication strength and the ability to convince different stakeholders Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness for occasional journeys within Germany
