Onboarding: Enjoy our introduction week including factory management and various team building and leisure events Practice in the company: In our own training workshop and in the departments you will be trained in a practical and professional manner duration of training: The duration of the training is currently 2 years Vocational school: In regular exchange visit a local vocational school once or twice a week Seminars and trainings: You will receive a wide range of further education, e.g. product training, communication seminars and an English course with certified degree What we move together in our training Basics: In a multi-week basic metal course in our training workshop, you acquire basic knowledge in the metal field; subsequently, in various areas, you will be taught basic electrical engineering skills based on circuits and measurement tasks with regard to electronic components, while also developing your craft skills. Specialization: In-house and in professional courses, you will learn everything about electronics, pneumatics, electropneumatics, programmable controllers and the modular production system. In projects you acquire knowledge that you can use and consolidate in practice at your work Space for orientation: You go through the Maintenance, Testcenter and Electronics Center departments and get to know all possible fields of application in which you can work after your training

Qualification: You are close to the upper secondary school – ideally with a focus on mathematics and technology – or have them already in their pocket Interest in science: You have talent in science subjects and are interested in technology and electronics Internships: Ideally you have snuffed into the world of electronics as part of an internship and want to make your interest a profession now Your talents: You are communicative, have a pronounced organizational talent and like to go with numbers Theory & Practice: You are looking for a way to learn a job and gain practical experience directly

Compensation package: We offer our trainees in Germany an attractive compensation package according to IG-Metall-Tarif NRW including holiday and Christmas money (up to €1,378.93 brutto / month) Guaranteed takeover: After successful completion you will be guaranteed for one year Support: Through our Buddy program and mentoring you always have an experienced trainee or employee on your side Examination preparation: We prepare you internally competently for audits Further training: Even after the completion of the training, we will develop you individually, e.g. with an internship
