DISCLOSURE

You design and calculate challenging projects in turn-key interior design as well as special services such as raw construction, roof and facade work You work together with the commissioner and an interdisciplinary internal team to develop the building plan You advise our customers economically and technically You create offers and present them before the customer; also you are a direct contact person for costing questions You set up performance directories with a focus on cost group 300/400 and perform mass determinations You ask for post-contractor services and build our subcontractor network You create a full offer as a basis for a flat-rate commissioning You actively participate in different procurement procedures

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of civil engineering or architecture or a comparable technical training You have several years of professional practice in the costing of construction projects, ideally with a focus on building structures You have experience in creating performance directories and mass determinations You are sure to deal with AVA software programs, ideally iTWO You work structured and independent You bring communication and team skills You have technical understanding and a solution-oriented way of thinking
