Exercise of the function as a nursing service in the context of a management duo (in each case 50% of the relevant nursing staff [m/w/d] plus 50% residential group management) Implementation of quality assurance and development measures Participation in personnel management Creation of service and holiday plans, failure management Ensuring occupancy and care management
