We are looking for Outbound & Global Logistics reinforcement. The Outbound & Global Logistics department is responsible for the link between the logistics areas of the VAN plants and for the cross-company demand and capacity management at Mercedes-Benz Vans. It thus contributes to the optimal design of our customer needs and the capacities of our plants and suppliers. The Team Demands and Capacity Management (BKM) is responsible for balancing sales needs planning with the factory and supplier capacities for all Van series. These challenges include: You will get exciting insights into the cross-sectoral control of needs and capacities at Mercedes-Benz Vans. You work on cross-disciplinary topics and learn about the most important interfaces

You support the analysis of demand and capacity data, initial evaluations and prepare decision templates

You create presentations and adapt presentations and evaluations to target groups for different management levels

You take on the further development and bug fixation of our existing BKM dashboards in Power BI

You help digitize and automate our processes with Power Automate and SharePoint and help you develop AI applications

The activity can begin from September 2026.

You complete your studies in the field of economic engineering, business informatics or comparable studies and have already successfully completed your basic studies

You have well-founded MS Office skills and practical experience with Power BI and Power Automate

Ideally, you bring knowledge to SharePoint and you are passionate about digitalization, automation and AI applications (Agentic AI)

Your strengths include a quick understanding, creative ideas, an analytical and conceptual way of thinking, an independent way of working and a safe occurrence

In addition, you’re not too bad to pack and help with other tasks of all kinds – in short, you’re a team player and you’re quickly immersed in new teams
