As a strong wholesaler with around 400 employees at 26 locations, we supply the craft in northern Germany with floor and wall coverings, construction chemistry, colors, tools and full heat protection. For our location in Hamburg-Hummelsbüttel, we are looking for full-time support for the team employees in the sales service (m/w/d).

In your future activity you will expect interesting and diverse tasks. We work together daily on the satisfaction of our customers and as an employee in the sales service (m/w/d) you have the direct wire to our customers in the local branch and on the phone. Your tasks are in detail: Customer support and consulting Main activity MRP Selling our products on site, by email and by phone Offer creation Order acceptance, processing and tracking Goods for commercial pick-up customers Processing of goods returns Order of goods for suppliers Stock and article care General administrative activities active presentation of collections and products

You are an enthusiastic seller (m/w/d) and are happy to assist our customers from the craftsmanship with advice and deed in the branch, by email and by phone. In addition, your profile is distinguished as follows: successfully completed commercial training or cf. Qualifications professional experience; with appropriate suitability also motivated career starters ideal product knowledge in the fields of colors, flooring & wallpaper strong customer and target orientation MS Office knowledge as well as knowledge in the handling of goods management systems targeted and independent working methods positive and service-oriented appearance Commitment and organizational talent
