IT Service Technician 2nd Level Support (f/m/d)

• You are responsible for 1st & 2nd Level Client Support (Windows 10/11, SCCM, Intune) and 1st Level Mobile Support (iOS) incl. Mobile Device Management.
• You support the end user as part of ticket processing.
• You also support Printer Services and are responsible for advising, delivering and installing IT hardware to the end users.
• Your tasks include user data management and management of IT hardware in the customer system.
• Last but not least, you are responsible for the independent knowledge management care of our internal Knowledge Base.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete technical vocational training of advantage
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 and SCCM/Intune
• Very good German and good English skills
• Fun on technical innovations in the area of smartphone and laptop
