Design and sales-oriented architect (m/w/d) in timber construction

As a Grübbel architecture. The studio is designed to create vital building and space solutions for living, learning and working – for people in our region. We think architecture holistic: functional, aesthetic and sustainable. However, architecture does not end with the design: Together in the larger, interdisciplinary team, we implement projects from first customer contact to handover.

As an architect: you are part of our creative team of designers, planners and designers. You are actively and independently involved in all planning processes and contribute significantly to the success of our project developments. The following tasks await you with us:

Responsible for project-related object planning in compliance with applicable standards and guidelines Acquisition, development, and coordination of your projects in the planning process (HOAI performance phases 1-5) incl. Accompanying your projects through approval procedures Creation of 3D building models with Revit Professional and creative interface to all planning stakeholders and construction authorities Development and development of concepts and design planning for our sustainable timber construction projects Active participation in sales: discussions with clients, collection of requirements and presentation of customized solutions Cooperation with our colleagues in architecture, sales, construction project management and management – from idea to implementation Further development of our design and planning competence

Completed study of architecture or interior architecture At least 5 years of professional experience Expertise, strong customer orientation and economic thinking Creativity Enthusiasm for pioneering buildings in timber construction Team player with structured working High sense of responsibility and communication Good CAD knowledge for design and approval planning and visualization Openness for integration into new software and tools
