In the Vitos special residential form of Mörfelden-Walldorf, we serve adult people with chronic mental illnesses in conjunction with challenging behaviors or special needs for participation. At the next time, we are looking for a “Pädagogische Fachkraft / Teamleitung” (m/w/d) in permanent parttime or full-time employment.

You take the leadership responsibility for a 16-member team and are responsible for the management and budget planning of the institution. The organization of the participation services for 24 clients is one of your tasks, as is the safeguarding of the agreed quality standards and the conceptual further development of the special housing of Mörfelden-Walldorf. In your team, you are responsible for the personnel development of your colleagues: you conduct employee talks, take over crisis management and coordinate training. You participate in the comprehensive background service of Vito's accompanying psychiatric services Riedstadt (no readiness).

You have a corresponding degree (social work or comparable) and have experiences in the care of people with mental disabilities and addiction diseases. Ideally, you have been able to gain first leadership experiences. You have a high social competence, are compelling and resilient. You are familiar with the relevant legal bases (SGB IX/ XII), the person-centred help (PiT) and their instruments. You have a car driver license and good PC identifiers (MS Office).

The workplace is also attractive from a financial perspective: Depending on the qualification and professional experience, the remuneration is based on TVöD-K/VKA, pay group P11 or on TVöD-SuE, pay group S16 with a TVÖD allowance i.H.v. 25,00 € and an annual special payment i.H.v. 85%. The data are based on full-time employment. The remuneration for the activity under the background service is paid in addition to the regular salary on the basis of the TVÖD regulations.
