Your tasks

• Own-responsible commercial accounting of real estate projects such as the KI Campus in Heilbronn
• Responsibility for the proper implementation and production of the annual financial statements
• Balance sheet assessment of new business incidents and requirements for consolidation incl. Special features of sales tax
• Further development of accounting and accounting processes
• Participation in digitalization projects (e.g. the introduction of new IT systems with an impact on commercial processes) and projects to implement new business models

Your profile

• Multiannual professional experience in accounting, optimally with real estate
• Successfully completed business studies or further training on the account book holder
• Secure handling of accounting according to HGB and accounting security in complex issues
• Found experience with SAP FI/CO and MS Office
• Sovereign appearance and a talent for target group-sensitive communication
• Fun in scientific work and an independent working
