In Germany, STRABAG AG is the market leader in road transport and offers all services - from digital planning to building materials production and construction, construction of projects to maintenance and entertainment through its own road operating services. Totally responsible management of demanding projects taking into account the economic and technical objectives Leadership of the construction site team Ensuring work, health and environmental protection (SGU) Management of negotiations with contracting entities and project participants Participation in the award of supplier and NU services Responsible for compliance with quality requirements and dates using LEAN methods Documentation of deficiencies and initiation of deficiencies

successfully completed engineering studies or equivalent qualifications Professional experience in a comparable position Experience and knowledge in the handling of construction projects Good knowledge in MS Office as well as in billing and calculation programs, ideally iTWO or similar programs Leader with the ability to inspire and tie employees Expressed cost awareness Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as enforcement and negotiation skills Team spirit and an independent, committed and responsible way of working complete your profile
