As part of our finance team in Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt/Main, Munich, Hanover, Hamburg, Berlin or Stuttgart, you will advise our customers: in the digitization, automation and optimization of processes in accounting and controlling. You can do a variety of tasks: Conception and implementation of digital transformation projects focusing on accounting and controlling processes (including in the context of SAP S/4HANA) Advising the financial organization for the digitization and automation of business processes - from strategy development to concept creation to implementation Development of (controlling) concepts for control models and KPI models, derivation of reporting and analysis requirements and conception of data models Strategy development for the use of the latest technologies (AI, cloud, etc.) to automate processes in the finance environment Responsibility for project progress and professional leadership of team members

Depending on entry level 2-5 years of professional experience in the finance environment (in consulting or in a large company) with focus on accounting and controlling processes Completed studies in economics, economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable degree, as well as professional experience in finance and accounting (HGB/IFRS). Ideal experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI, CO, MM, SD and data migration) Interest in financial processes, digitalization and current topics in the finance environment (e.g. Sustainable Finance, AI). High flexibility, excellent knowledge of English and German as well as readiness to travel (also for international challenges). Technology affinity, enthusiasm for work in an agile project environment and willingness to take responsibility
