You examine and evaluate complex and risk-relevant insurance claims independently, including for serious illnesses, loss of basic skills or incapacity to work, as well as for other supplementary benefits. You tax the comprehensive processing of claimful performance cases and ensure a rapid and correct payment of legitimate claims; This also includes the analysis of entitlements to benefits from the death penalty. You take the technical responsibility for difficult and controversial cases, meet viable performance decisions and represent them inward and outward. An intensively maintained exchange with customers, doctors, other external experts and reinsurers is a central part of your activity; you act as a competent person on senior level. You are consistent with the timely and legally secure exercise of design rights and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and internal requirements. You are actively involved in cross-sectoral and cross-site projects (e.g. complex damage projects, process optimizations, digitization) and represent performance testing in larger, cross-group initiatives. You support colleagues in the field, pass on your knowledge, support training and help develop policies, processes and quality.

You ideally have completed training or studies in insurance and finance; Alternatively, you bring a well-founded background in a medical or psychological profession. You have multiannual, relevant professional experience in the performance assessment of life and/or occupational disability insurance and are sure to deal with complex performance cases. You have well-founded damage experience in invalidity cases or on comprehensive performance experience in the field of invalidity benefits and are familiar with the technical assessment of corresponding entitlements. An additional qualification as a person skilled in the art (m/w/d) for BUZ performance regulation (IHK) or a comparable further education is a significant increase.
