Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Own-responsible billing of salaries for a defined group of employees in cooperation with our billing service provider Timely cross-site processing of all transactions from the billing of charges and disclosure of the relevant topics as well as care and examination of contractual documents Checking and ensuring the correctness of the accounting results taking into account operational, tax and social insurance requirements Contact person for employees for salary billing and production of salary-relevant certificates Processing of communication with health insurance funds, social security funds, financial offices, etc. Preparation and monitoring of pay tax and social security checks Support for specialist topics and projects in the Payroll area

Completed commercial training, ideally complemented by a further education for/to the personnel specialist Professional experience in pay accounting and knowledge of the relevant legal frameworks Safe handling of MS Office, especially very good knowledge in Excel Self-employed, structured and organised work and a high degree of self-initiative Embossed team orientation and joy in cooperation in an experienced billing team High service orientation, discretion and reliability in handling sensitive data Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge of communication in the international context
