Our experienced team at Mobile Social Consulting Rahlstedt is working out of our Kinder- und Familienhilfezentrum Großlohe and offers support and advice for children and families in Hamburg Rahlstedt. The consultancy offer is offered directly in our KiFaZ and at external consultancy venues and is used intensively by advice seekers. The advice is based on the starting points of the Council-seeking families and, in cooperation with the Youth Office, is regularly adapted to the changing challenges. We work closely together with all relevant social partners, support and advisory services as well as accommodation for newly immigrants. The dedicated team consists of a management team, and three social advisers, as well as a colleague for children's group offers at KiFaZ Großlohe and a coordinator for district parents. The body must be occupied in parttime with 32 hours per week.

Tasks:

• Social & Migration Consulting at the site, as well as mobile advice in cooperative institutions in the social area

Profile:

• Diploma in Social Education * Social Education Bachelor o. Master Social Work Ideally with State Recognition
• Experience in the field of social and migration counselling
