• Cost center and personnel responsibility as well as employee management, employee development and motivation

• Strategic and operational responsibility for aluminium electroplating, screen & digital printing and technical surface

• Responsibility and further development for the entire process and plant engineering and ensuring efficient workflows

• Evaluation, further development and optimization of existing processes and processes in terms of efficiency, flexibility and scalability using lean methods according to R&S production system

• Introduction of innovative manufacturing processes and technologies and further development in the technical surface taking into account current and future requirements

• Contact persons for authorities, e.g. business supervision and responsibility for the administrative requirements and their compliance with the necessary documentation

• Development of new, sustainable processes and digitalization solutions and their implementation

• Resource and personnel deployment planning

• Direct contact for internal and external customers

• Progress control and advancement of KVP projects based on the R&S production system

• Complete degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on surface technology/production or manufacturing technology, chemistry with a focus on technical chemistry/metal science or comparable

• Insufficient professional experience in electroplating, screen and digital printing or technical surface in a disciplinary management function

• expertise in chemical processes and processes and in hazardous materials management

• Knowledge of aluminium alloys, their surface characteristics and specific pretreatment requirements
