Teamleiter (m/w/d) in Val Gardena Good sales does not begin with the customer – but in the team. As a team leader in the EMS sales service, you create precisely this framework: an environment in which trust grows, employees can unfold and customer relationships are not managed, but are truly lived. You can both: lead people and inspire your customers – making Creating Together liveable every day. Strategically working: creation, control and further development of KPIs for performance and quality measurement Leading Responsibility: Discipline leadership of a team of 9 employees in the sales service Future work: Accompanying, promoting and further developing your team and close coordination with the Functional Leads to develop the team and processes together maintain relationships: care for your own customer base, actively contact and maintain your customer relationships Place products: Creating offers and maintaining customer projects and ensuring high service and customer orientation throughout the team

Basics: Commercial training with further education, for example or completed economic studies Knowledge: Multiannual professional experience in the sales service and ideally first leadership experience Passion: desire to take responsibility paired with a great interest in the counterpart – both customers and employees. Communication: Very good German knowledge, English knowledge of advantage Strengths: Responsible operation, empathy and enforcement ability as well as a high degree of customer orientation
