The CIO-Office team sees itself as a strategic consultancy and management of all IT in all IT-wide topics. The team, which is directly subordinate to the CIO of the Witt Group, also has the responsibility of project management for all overarching IT projects. Join IT (m/w/d) and support our team. Take responsibility for complex, business-wide IT projects and programs and steer them across the entire lifecycle – from the requirement definition to the successful technical implementation Guide several parallel IT initiatives and ensure their successful implementation in terms of time, budget and quality Understand technical dependencies, evaluate IT-side risks and make informed decisions in close coordination with relevant stakeholders Ensure efficient resource planning and coordinate internal and external IT partners Taxes and monitor the progress of the project on the basis of suitable KPIs and reports addressable to management level Actively advance IT transformations and changes in the system landscape and ensure sustainable implementation in the organization

At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects in complex, larger environments Detegratable activity as IT project manager with parallel control of several projects Funded IT confession as well as the ability to safely class and mediate technical topics Sovereign communication with different stakeholders – from project team to management High resilience, enforcement strength and resilience in challenging project situations Structured, decision-making and ability to keep an overview even under pressure
