Analysis of customer expectations as well as the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors (benchmarking) Analysis of production processes and the calculation methods derived therefrom Conducting contract and price negotiations Design and maintenance of framework agreements Purchasing parts such as bearings, bearing housings, disc wheel bodies, wheel tires, auxiliary materials and operating materials Continuous market observation and development of alternative international procurement sources at Best Cost suppliers Design of group-related purchasing strategies and implementation of savings potentials Implementation of an active strategic supplier management (supplier assessment/development) including evaluations and reporting Development and optimization of processes using SAP MM

Successfully completed business training and relevant experience in purchasing/ procurement Excellent German knowledge Competence in handling an ERP system Existing knowledge in the field of supplier qualification would be advantageous Independent and reliable operation, strong communication skills and team spirit Secure control of MS Office applications
