SUPPLEMENTARY WORKERS (M/W/D):

• Control and monitoring of individual cases in close cooperation with youth offices, therapists:inside and other institutions
• Ensuring child welfare in the existing family system as well as intensive educational daily care
• Assessment of child development and parental competences

• Complete study of social education, social work, special education, psychology or a comparable degree (m/w/d) or nurse:in (m/w/d)
• readiness for continuous further education
• Team skills, reliability and empathy
• Identification with Franciscan values: openness and affinity
• Class B licence
