Costume Design Assistant Acting (m/f/d)

Projektmanager (m/w/d) from 01.09.2026 in full time (reference number 1497-1) We are about 1,400 employees from more than 50 nations and with the opera, ballet and acting divisions the largest three-species theatre in Europe. With about 1,000 performances per year we reach around 500,000 spectators. The area of responsibility includes the support of the distributed drama productions up to the premiere, in particular by: Production preparation in consultation with costume designers Provision of sample costumes Sample care Exchange and dissemination of production-related information with and to all sectors involved Search and purchase of costume parts and accessories Preparation of productions Creation of costume lists

Completed study in the subject costume picture, fashion/textile design or a comparable qualification Good knowledge of costume, cut and style Theatre experience in a comparable activity Understanding and empathy for artistic processes Very good, predictive organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as strong team skills Reliability, durability and flexibility Joy and enthusiasm for the work at the theatre and dealing with people
