Business Development Manager (m/w/d) Your duties You conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic approaches to business development. You build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, planning offices and industry-specific specialist companies, and you are also actively involved in the acquisition of new business customers and partners. You promote horizontal networking with the distribution of other branches and within the HOCHTIEF Group and represent HOCHTIEF at conferences and specialist events. You conduct negotiations to ensure competitive contract conditions and sustainable business growth. You create reports on business development and performance indicators to management. Your profile Relevant qualification: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of civil engineering, economic engineering, in the TGA sector or have equivalent acquired expertise. In addition, you have several years of experience in the field of business development in construction, ideally in the area of data centers or other projects of critical infrastructure. Digital Skills: You work well and safely with the MS Office products and are familiar with CRM systems and market research tools, ideally with Salesforce. Language skills: You have very good German and English skills that enable professional communication with German and international customers. Personal Skills: You convince with their own way of working, high willingness to use and great commitment. A strong strategic way of thinking and the ability to develop creative business strategies distinguishes you, as well as excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills with the focus on customer orientation and problem solving.
