What makes us think? We operate several management systems in the DSV Group holding. In the Risk Management and Central Functions department, in particular, the topics Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Third Party and Outsourcing Management (DPM) as well as the IT Interne Control System (IT-IKS). Our internal consultation and auditing as well as risk assessments are to take place from a casting. We use a professional and modern GRC software to manage our tasks and want to further expand them to further promote integrated management and synergies. We operate in the holding company and all DSV Group subsidiaries in the 2nd. line according to three-line model of the IIA. Thematic diversity and cross-disciplinary thinking are on the agenda. The DSV Group has more than it seems: we combine the topics of payment, medial offering and software development under one roof. We advise and audit all hierarchical levels up to top management, which supports us with advice and action. We are a team of experienced and communicative employees of different age groups with some more than 10 years of relevant expertise. We master the strict regulatory requirements in the Sparkassen Financial Group and bring your expertise to a new level.

You support and represent the Group BCM representative in the management, operation and further development of the BCM management system.

You are actively and continuously introducing suggestions for improvement for the Group-wide BCM regulations.

You carry out business impact analyses with the departments (1st line) to identify critical business processes and resources as well as risk assessments in the business areas.

You advise the 1st line in the development and maintenance of emergency strategies and emergency precautionary concepts and independently monitor the compliant application of the BCM binding regulations in the DSV group (e.g. regular and appropriate implementation of BCM exercises and tests).

You actively shape the interface to IT emergency management / IT service continuity management and regularly tune with information security management to optimize interfaces and synergies.

You support in ensuring the functioning of crisis management

You carry out targeted communication and awareness actions in the DSV Group on BCM.

You bring knowledge of your studies with a focus on business management, business informatics or comparable, successfully completed vocational training or further qualification. You have gained several years of professional experience in the field of Business Continuity Management (e.g. according to ISO 22301 or BSI standards) and brings the first possible knowledge about DORA. You bring in-depth knowledge in the interface between BCM to IT emergency management / IT service continuity management. You bring a basic understanding of the work in the three-line model of the IIA (here: 2nd line). You have good communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all hierarchical levels. You have fun in analytical thinking and set a high level of quality on your work results. You have ideally obtained certifications with BCM reference.
