You take the end-to-end responsibility for a digital product in the context of our machines and production processes – from vision to backlog to successful market launch With your team, you develop innovative solutions to optimize production processes, increase efficiency of machines and ensure regulatory requirements You are the central interface between development, electronics, customers and business – and together with these stakeholders shape the product development process You define the product vision, develop a resilient roadmap and control priorities and releases You translate complex requirements into clear features and make sure that technical and economic goals are achieved You seamlessly integrate the software into our machines and production lines You will explore market and technology trends, define relevant KPIs and launch new ideas You transform customer feedback into improvements – direct, pragmatic and data-based

A successfully completed study in computer science, engineering, food technology or in a comparable technical field Reliable professional experience as a product owner in a technologically demanding environment – ideally in industrial automation, food processing or mechanical engineering Very good technical understanding as well as the ability to penetrate systems and processes quickly Analytical competence and joy in structuring complex relationships in the product environment High sense of responsibility in terms of product quality, market maturity, timing and imposing Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean etc.) and in the leadership of interdisciplinary teams Experience with industrial software, cloud solutions, IoT, SCADA, MES or ERP systems desirable Ideally knowledge of predictive maintenance or real-time monitoring Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Communication power, decision-making and solution-oriented working style
