Your tasks: • Telephone order intake and forwarding • Coordination of appointments • master data maintenance • Processing of new contact requests • Competent customer support via telephone and email • Ensuring excellent customer service • Ensuring service quality according to internal quality standards

Your qualifications: • Successfully completed commercial training • Customer service experience is desirable • Secure knowledge in handling the MS Office package • Very good German skills are required • Other language skills are advantageous • Fun at telephone customer contact • Embossed communication strength • High service and customer orientation • Reliable and careful operation
