Tasks

Self-fulfilment of ongoing accounting (debitors, creditors, bank, cash register)

Preparation and support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB

settlement of payment transactions and supervision of open items

Account voting and clarification

Creation of sales tax forecasts and statistical reports

Cooperation with tax advisors, auditors and internal departments

Development and optimization of internal accounting processes

Requirements profile

Completed commercial training, ideally with further training to the accountant (IHK) or comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting

Funded knowledge of accounting software (ideally SAP, etc.) and MS Office, especially Excel

Safe handling of HGB; Knowledge of tax law of advantage

Analytical thinking, accuracy and structured working
