You support the mayor in organizational and strategic topics and accompany selected municipal projects. You co-ordinate the community's press and public relations work and in particular address our digital communication channels such as the homepage, community app and Instagram. You coordinate the Official Journal, including the voting of contributions and cooperation with the publisher. You plan and organize events and civil formats of the municipality and accompany their implementation. Depending on the scope and qualification, further tasks can be added from the area of municipal administration.

A completed training or study in an area suitable for the tasks, such as administration, office or event management, marketing or communication. Organisational design and an independent, structured and reliable way of working. Communication strength, a friendly and secure appearance and a good sense of public relations and digital communication. The readiness for flexible working hours – especially in the afternoon and evening as well as for individual events also on weekends.

Unlimited employment in part-time or full-time with 50–100 %. Remuneration according to the personal conditions and the transfer of activity to TVöD-VKA.
